East Lancashire Railway
We are getting married at Bury Bolton Street Station on the East Lancashire Railway. The Ceremony and Evening Reception are taking place on platforms 3 & 4 of the station with the Wedding Breakfast being served aboard steam hauled first class carriages travelling through the Irwell Valley.
Platform 3 & 4
Our Ceremony & Evening Reception are taking place under the canopy on platforms 3 & 4. Although we are under cover at the venue & protected from the rain, we recommend you dress for the temperature. Don't worry if you do get chilly, there will be blankets on hand & carriages sat in the platform for extra shelter, including a luxury buffet car.
Dining with Distinction Train
Sat aboard these luxurious Pullman-style carriages, you'll be treated to a fine dining experience. Travelling behind a steam locomotive through the Irwell Valley you will get great views of the Lancashire countryside.
